Estate sales are open to the public and are typically held on Thursday-Saturday. The team at Estate Sales by Debi handles every step: organizing and staging the home, pricing items, and promoting the sale. Over the course of two or three days, the public is invited to shop directly in the home.

No, you don’t need to pay anything upfront. Our fee is based on the commission of the items sold.

Identify your items: Decide which belongings you want to include in the sale and which you want to keep. After that, you can contact Estate Sales by Debi to schedule a consultation.

Don’t discard anything: Avoid throwing items away. The team will review everything and determine what can be sold, donated, recycled, or discarded.

Hold off on giving items to others: Try not to sell or give items to friends or neighbors before the sale. Many of these items may appeal to buyers, and keeping them for the sale can help attract more attendees.

It depends on the property and what’s being sold. Our team brings tables and tablecloths to display all the items in the house. Then we photograph everything and put price tags on them. Once that’s done, we help spread the word and market the sale!

We price our items with two key goals: ensuring our clients receive maximum value and offering fair prices for buyers.
